3 June 2010: once community volunteers finished building the three 10’x25′ floats on the empty lot on Elphinstone Ave, the floats were moved by truck to Gibson’s Harbour and – after the tide came up – they were towed by boat into place at the end of the wharf. The old floating dock can be seen in the first and last photo.
